The film Cyber-Everything uncovers the promise and perils of this new domain. It features AI and Internet pioneers, philosophers, artists, and us, the users, who shape it as much as we are shaped by it.

Story

“Cyber Everything” explores the impact of the Cyber domain on modern human condition, that has been transformed by cutting-edge developments in technology. Cyber is not just a tool, product or technology, but an unseen organizing principle that has reconfigured power structures and human interaction around the world. The film examines the implications of Cyber on war, peace, and the future of humanity. The film features interviews with AI and internet pioneers, philosophers, artists, and users, who shape and are shaped by this new domain.

Features

The film is written and directed by award-winning filmmaker Shimon Dotan, in cooperation with his creative partner Netaya Anbar. Both teach at the New York University Graduate School of Journalism. Together they founded Cinequest Films in Montreal, Canada, where they produced and edited several feature films. Their work has been screened in New York FF, Berlin, Chicago, Sundance and Montreal winning awards at prestigious festivals including NYFF, Berlin, Chicago and many more.
